PANDA BEAR ANAIS COLL

The name Panda Bear of two species in the order of Carnivores: the panda minor, also called red panda, and the giant panda. They originate in China, being discovered in 1869.
The timid giant panda is often evoked as the icon of the animals in extinction. Since then, the panda became the attraction of zoos in the world (the first came to the West in 1937), which are approximately 100 copies of this bear, while another 1,000 bears pandas survive in their natural state within reserves created in the thick bamboo forests of southwestern China.
Two of the main reasons for the panda is endangered is the disappearance of their natural habitat with the felling of thousands of hectares of bamboo forests, their natural food, and the extreme difficulty of this kind to breed in captivity, basically shyness, as experts say.

Part of the reduction is due to too panda poachers.
A panda adults need an average of 14 pounds of bamboo a day, feeding process in which invests 12 hours.

IMPERIAL EAGLE BY ALBERT ABELLA

The iberic imperial eagle its a bird of prey daytime, large 72-83cm, very circumspect view, strong muscles and very fast flight. Its color is dark brown. It weighs 2400-3200g males and females 2900-4000g. Their size is 200cm males and females dimension: 220cm. In Spain there are 150 couples of iberic imperial eagle.

This specie is located almost exclusively in the Iberian peninsula, where dwells all year, defending his territory with great zeal. Their habitats are suitable areas of the forest esclerófilo typically Mediterranean, where they mingle scrub, grasslands and streams. The eagles built nests in the crown of cork and pine, in places difficult to access. They feed mainly on rabbits and hares.

Youngest copies can be captured by other birds of prey and foxes. The alarming decline in population is due, however, only to human beings illegally causes, like electrocution, conversion of forest areas in irrigation areas; excessive employment of pesticides, and so on. To prevent the extinction of imperial eagle, breeding centers in captivity are being created. In addiation to the habitats where imperial eagles live, there are many protected parks.

To sum up, this is what we must do to increase the population of imperial eagles.

SORRY FOR THESE FOUR WORKS. I DIDN'T MANAGE AT ALL TO PUBLISH THEM!!

TURTLES BY

TURTLES

These reptiles are characterized by having a hard shell, which protects them.
They live in tropical or temperate, most species are adapted to freshwater habitats, terrestrial or marine life.
The turtles have widely varying sizes, from small turtles of about 12-16 cm in length, until gigantic.
Although there are few species of turtles that can be treated strictly herbivore or carnivorous, some species that live inland prefer to feed on vegetation, while aquatic species are basically carnivorous. All turtles put eggs, which they bury in holes. All turtles, including marine deposit eggs on land. Some species live for more than 100 years.
In SWEET water:
His favorite food is grilled natural dried, but as lettuce, hard bread, slices of ham and cooked.

Marine:
The turtle is brown and with a little yellow. They feed on jellyfish, seaweed and shellfish.

Earth:
These turtles are vegetarian, which is good for tomatoes, bananas, lettuce, fruit, but also eat meat crushed.

THE REASONS FOR THEM TO BE ENDANGERED?; HOW TO PROTECT THEM?
CORRECTED!!

THE WOLF BY NIZAR ANAKAR

The wolf: an endangered animal

The wolf is one of the most endangered animals in the world. From ancient times the wolf has been chased by the man since he has been considered to be the principal enemy of the man. This owes to itself especially to that this animal is in a level similar to that of the man in the ecological pyramid. Both the man and the wolf were competing in the antiquity for the food. The paradox is that the dog "The best friend of men” arose because our forbears domesticated to a few wolves between other species. This fierce animal once domesticated turned into a faithful servant of the human being, helping in the hunt and in the maintenance of his flocks. On the other side the wolves that were continuing in wild condition were attacking to his flocks and were considered for it as one of the major enemies of the man.

CORRECTED. AND YOU HAVE TO ADD THE STRATEGIES TO PROTECT HIM!!! SO THE CONCLUSION.

Humans have always being afraid of wolves. And is because of that why wolves have being so persecuted that they have almost being taken to the extermination. But that does not mean that it should be justify itself. Nowadays the wolf has disappeared of many zones of our peninsula and only it is possible to see him in some natural redoubts as Muniellos's Natural Reservation in Asturias. And if this animal has managed to resist in this reservation is thanks to the absence of domestic cattle.

With this I am not blaming the owners of cattle, or to those who work thanks to this type of domestic cattle. These people have to defend their interests, but they do not have to kill the wolves. Probably if the government was offering more economic compensations to the owners of cattle who have been victims of any assault on the part of the wolves, the first ones would not be chasing these splendid animals and the wolf would have more opportunities of surviving with a threat less of the human being. Because of it we must arouse ourselves of the serious danger that traverses this animal and try to put means to avoid his extinction.

The crowned eagle is a great rapacious and most terrible enemy of the Apes tree crop. These birds are large and capable of killing dams of lot size.
It kills for being a "white" very easy for the "sport hunters."

THE LINX BY GEMMA ESTRADA

THE LYNX

The linx is an animal in danger of disparition.

The Iberian lynx is small, between 80 and 110 centimeters and weighing less than 13 kilograms or so. Their spots are pronounced and small.

It inhabits areas of central and southwest of the Iberian Peninsula.

The lynx's diet is based mainly on rabbits and hares, although it can eat larger prey as deer. The birds, such as ducks and partridges, rodents and reptiles are also part of their diet, although to a lesser extent.

The decline in the population of Linx is due to decline in European rabbits. In addition, rabbit traps are also cause of death for the lynx.

But the root cause of the lynx disappearing, unfortunately, is the action, whether direct or indirect, of man. The construction of roads, hunting lynx that took place some years ago and other factors. In addition, experts say that if there isn't an end to these conditions, there is a 34% probability that the Iberian lynx disappear from our fauna by the year 2050. Therefore we must all raise awareness and try that this percentage decreases to zero and that the lynx population increases.
GOOD, BUT HOW? CORRECTED.

The color of their hair is taken as the union of all colors of the rainbow
and this Animal represents the union of races, the spirit of Africa.

VERY BEAUTIFUL, BUT YOU HAVE TO EXPLAIN WHY IS IT ENDANGERED AND WHAT CAN WE DO TO HELP IT.

TORTOISES BY VICTORIA BOBIS

Victoria Bobis

THE TORTOISE OF EARTH & THE TURTLE OF WATER

The tortoises are big animals and they have a long life. The tortoises are one of the most endangered animals in the world. There are two kind of tortoises: the tortoise of earth and the turtle of water.

The tortoises have four paw, one small tail, they haven't any bones but they have a caparison.

The tortoise of earth is very slow and it eats vegetables. They are endangered, because they need food, and they haven't food because the plants are very polluted.

The turtle of water swimming in the sea are endangerd because the people kill them, and the sea is very polluted because the people throw garbage in it.

When they are in danger, they hide in their caparison. The caparison is very strong and resistent. Thanks of this, the predators can't eat it.

The tortoise is a very nice animal and we have to help them, because they can't survive long!

THE WALE BY ELENA ARPA

THE WHALE

Elena Arpa

THE WORK IS CORRECTED YET

The whales are marine mammals. They're one of the world's largest animals. In fact, the whale frank austral measure between twelve and sixteen meters, it's very big, and weigthing fifty tons.

Why are the whales endangered? The whales live in the sea... and the problem is that people make water contaminate. The whales eat small fish. If the sea is dirty, fish are dying and they can't reach new food sources and they often starve to death.

How can people help the whales survive? Cethus integrates Honorary Commission "Natural Monument Fraca sourthern Whale" that contributes to the conservation of this species.

To sum up, the whales, with hopefully help, will find a place without pollution which it needs to survive and it will no longer be an endangered animal.
